The Hallmark Channel’s “Cat Bowl” purrmieres on February 2nd as a companion piece to the the network’s “Kitten Bowl” which airs the following night.

The “Cat Bowl” is purrsented in association with North Shore Animal League America and Last Hope Animal Rescue and Rehabilitation. It will be hosted by Cat Lover and Animal Advo-cat, Beth Stern. (We’re all fur that!)

The “Kitten Bowl” franchise is responsible fur more than 25,000 shelter pet adoptions over the past five years. Ameowzing! “Cat Bowl” will showcase adorable and adoptable adult ‘cat-letes.’ Inspurrational stories of senior and special needs cats will highlight the event.

The special will also feature Where Are They Meow stories that follow up on some former “Kitten Bowl” cat-letes such as Jerry Mice.

“Cat Bowl” is part of Hallmark Channel’s felinethropic effort, Adoption Ever After, which uses entertainment programming to showcase animals available for adoption in neighborhoods all across America.

The “Kitten Bowl” was the furst animal competition on television to create awareness for the plight of homeless animals and the joys that adopted pets bring to our lives.

During each year’s broadcast of “Kitten Bowl,” awareness for pet adoption rises dramatically. Now that’s what we call a SU-PURR BOWL!
